      Good salary Smart engineers Good product roadmap Strong executive management

      Cons

      Senior mgt (directors and many cvp) as a general rule - horrible Sales & marketing are weak. Not enough adult supervision from exec mgt Need to clean house in client & server sales & marketing Invest in building your market Benefits (insurance, etc) have gone way down hill Politics are toxic
