      Pros

      Pay is relatively high. Industry is very dynamic. Jobs are always changing... you won't be bored! You can take on big challenges and there is plenty of work.

      Cons

      Senior management is completely incompetent. Revolving doors for execs, no continuity in management or strategy, always reorganizing, persistent cash crunch. Morale is terrible. Many employees just trying to lay low to keep their paychecks.

      Engineering led company Smart people to work with Always learning

      Cons

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
