The Senior manager is self-centred and act like superhero to save the day. The managers and team lead never treat the staff politely and guide properly. Staff turnover very high from all department. The HR department not co-operative and never provide proper guideline. Very strong office politic in AMD Cyberjaya. Too much cost cutting.
