      Pros

      Company culture is great, and work is full of challenge, while there are some chances to do what you want to do. The cafeteria is also nice.

      Cons

      The PC market is getting challenge from tablet and cellphone. Fushion is coming late. Company_level management need to be more insight.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
