location was convenient, experience gained working in different departments

hard to move up, or even lateral. management intentionally not aware of low level employee issues. pay is unfair, made way less than male collegues, including stocks which were never offered to me despite performance reviews. spent 8 years there struggling to grow without management support to do so.
