      Good products. Sincere desire by employees to be successful. Compensation is good. Good benefits. Management understands the need for a balanced lifestyle.

      Cons

      Top heavy. Too many executives and not enough folks doing the work. Internal communication is poor. Too much reorganization, departments are siloed. Not fiscal prudent unless in a financial crisis.
