Pros
Overall AMD culture is good and company is doing well as of late. They seem to be working on closing the gap on their competitiveness to attract talent but unfortunately the focus is mostly on bringing new talent and there's little done about talent retention.
Cons
AMD salaries are not on par with rest of silicon valley even when you account for regional differences. Compared to other companies like Nvidia, Intel, Huawei etc they are behind in base salaries, sign on bonuses, and extended benefits.
