      Pros

      Very technical and open environment Everybody counts and is heard - sometimes way too much indeed Leading edge of the industry

      Cons

      You have to be at ease with being perpetual looser in the industry Discussions just take forever and everyone rambles with no clear punch line No clear priorities from the top - everything is important

      Engineering led company Smart people to work with Always learning

      Cons

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
