      Technical and challenging work some people are good to work with

      Cons

      No good benefits - although the HR says best in class but it is not Pay scale low as compared to others lots of internal politics less technical managers Crappy JMR no proper job levels

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
