      Okay office but a bit small for the workforce Little to no visibility of other teams work / progress / design efforts The pay is (slightly) less than similar jobs at companies within the same tech bracket

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
