Pros
1) Work can be really fun and hectic at the same time. 2) People start listening to engineers MTS role and above.
Cons
1) If you live long enough, you will become MTS just because you will reach the salary of MTS. 2) If you are below MTS, most likely no one will listen to you. 3) People SMTS and Above are mostly hired at that role and stay there for several years if they have not earned it.
