      Pay and benefits is not bad Flexi time

      Cons

      There are times when not so much work, but the time that is busy can be pressurising and have to stay late to finish work especially during the 1st silicon bringup Also career maybe stagnant depending on your job role and department or team

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
