      Pros

      work life balance is decent

      Cons

      heavy sexism and racism (and likely others). They think they can get away with it because they can claim tokenism with their CEO. scapegoating to protect management and 'old boy' network substandard software development that is easily abandoned to chase the next thing that Nvidia is doing

      Cons

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
