      Pros

      ASML has development engineering at a level well above other engineering firms, its technology is at the limit of cutting edge. Very sophisticated equipment, creation and development of new technology. You will learn engineering that cannot be learned anywhere else.

      Cons

      Growth continues and the facility is bursting at the seams. Parking is a challenge. commute is difficult for those living to the east.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
