      Pros

      ASML is a very decent company and people here are true professionals.

      Cons

      Their recruiting partner, Zoostation, claims to refund all the interview trip expenses and doesn't hold back their word. In my case it was 457.71 EUR, not a big deal but nevertheless, a disappointing fact.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
