      Pros

      You are facing very challenging problems on a daily basis, Salary is a bit larger than with similar companies in the region, A lot of holidays and flexible working hours

      Cons

      very specific industry, i.e. you gain a lot of knowledge in a very narrow area the competition is large (a lot of smart people there) It is very political and tough, especially to some foreigners (you have to develop a thick skin) The environment is very nerdy

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
