      Pros

      ASML offers fair compensation and has a ton of different career options given its size. Its gross margins are higher than most companies you would ever work for, therefore budget constraints is never a term you will hear. Lots of travel opportunities to Europe and Asia if you enjoy that.

      Cons

      You have to compete against thousands of employees to advance in the company. Too many people doing the same thing.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
