Pros

* cutting edge technology * global travel * very high quality offices and colleagues imo

Cons

* Due to machines being delayed all over the country there is not proper amount of work for each role. Redundancy. * Excessive 'evaluations'. Management forced to go through these ridiculous personnel evaluations that make u feel like constantly scrutinized. * Pay is not great. If you just go by base salary you can beat it at most similar jobs * Overall not great time in EUV sales. Lots of delays, and tough to get a read on market outlook. Creates instability in ability for one to plan future and life issues.

Pros

Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

Cons

Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
