      1. I guess a compressed work week. you get to have days off during weekdays. 2. You get OT after 8hrs, that is all I can think of

      Cons

      1. Politics.. but it's a big company so yeah that is understandable 2. They do not appreciate your hardwork sometimes?.. 3. Don't apply to HMI :) run away from this business line

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
