The industry and service line model has improved over time, and works reasonably well - especially when compared to other organizations.
Cons
Challenging up or out career model, tools leave much to be desired, compensation is poor relative to other employers for a given skillset. Metrics-driven approach to managing drives poor decisions when taken out of context.
