- End-to-end consulting in all sectors - Solid name to start a consulting career - Opportunities for fast promotions (purely political decisions within a broken process though) - Good on- and offboarding processes as constantly growing (and turnover is rising) - Great everyday work culture
Cons
- Quality of hires and professional development of employees dwindles in importance to achieve growth goals - Quality of client work almost neglectable in comparison to extracurricular activities focused on visibility towards management - Constant restructuring and addition of tools and processes to simulate progress (while actually mostly confusing employees) - Meritocracy as a core value is a sham
