      Pros

      People are nice and some projects are interesting. You get to work with very big names. Accenture will provide you with the tools you need to do your job The daily time submission system is efficient Accenture gives you the hardware you need when you need it. The remote working policy is very good, depends on your client tho. Good networking opportunities if you're the type that likes to Opportunities to work across a wide range of projects, all with market leaders

      Cons

      Culture is not terrible but it barely exists because you're spending 99% of the time working on the clients projects. Very "party to socialize" atmosphere which can be challenging for introverts. Changing your project is quite difficult Some projects have terrible structure, it depends on your luck whether you get a good or bad project

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
