Pros
Accenture has some very good project and provide fast paced growth to deserving employees. I have spent around 2 years in accenture and I think it was the best companies so far in career. Given a chnace I would like to work for this company anytime in near future. While working for accenture you should have long term plans and should not look at short term salry benefits and all. Work life banaces is also good. You can get exposure to different phase of projects.
Cons
Salaries in india are too low. Still dont look at short term salries. In he long term accenture will pay you good.
