Pros
Flexible working location and hours but it depends on the project. You can also get fully work from home if your project allows.
Cons
Very tight schedule, the deadlined are almost impossible to meet. Management is not good. Salary increment is very less, sometimes they even skip the yearly increment. Doing good and hard work does not mean that you will be rewarded.
