- Corporate structure and environment: powerplays between departments and teams. Toxic positivity. - Pressure to be at company events and functions to advance your career. - For a company that prides itself on teamwork, there is very little of it as everyone scrambles to maximise their personal benefits. - Consultancy that advises organisation, planning and standardisation, Accenture is a very messy organisation with chaotic processes. - Be prepared to hear about climate change and Accenture's positive impact while flying project teams halfway across the world on a regular basis for weekend catch-ups or project pitches. - Diversity is preached, but conformity is king.
