      Great exposure to enterprise-level SAP projects (HANA, ABAP) early on Training resources (especially for certifications) are top-notch Colleagues are knowledgeable and willing to help Structured onboarding process for freshers Stable environment with global clients and long-term projects

      Cons

      Roles are often assigned without matching your background or interests Learning can become stagnant once placed on long-term support or maintenance projects Limited technical depth depending on the team/project Career progression is slow and heavily dependent on networking internally The feedback loop between associates and leadership could be improved

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
