Great product. No organisation culture required to motivate employees, most they come in with a passion for planes and technology. Airbus pays just enough to lead a comfortable life. Great work-life balance, overtime is tightly controlled and discouraged. Good career mobility within the company.
Cons
Career advancement is pretty slow becaue it is a mature company. A good place for 'settlers' who just want a safe and secured career. They pay just enough to lead a comfortable life.
