Company works in great business, helping people, but not the employees - Anonymous employee Airbus Employee Review

Need further purging of the old guard. Benefits not aligned with the rest of the company worldwide. For a company with communications in it's name, it does a poor job communicating. Employees are just tools to use and exhaust. If you are not in the California office you are nothing in this company.
