Pros
Very well organized industry, as well as top team development and individual development for career employees of the company. Quality in every aspect of the word, and working there is very rewarding thus improving performance and output of employees.
Cons
no one would Pay is average, but we are talking about the German system, although I loved working there, I would earn more contracting Overseas for American companies or in the U.S. If the pay would be hire for the middle class jobs no one would leave this company as they are very well organized and good to the employess, very family oriented and professional.
