very stable and people oriented in Germany offices career development and reward procedures officially existing per best in class standards
Cons
treating employees differently in different countries low attention to leadership quality outside of headquarters makes people practices in some locations poor if not harassing then, all established fancy talent management procedures (org health survey, career development, reward management etc) are supported at very different levels in different countries, so, for example, person working in Russian office and German office would feel like working for 2 companies with far different cultures and people practices
