Free Food (Breakfast,Lunch & Snacks) Cab facility Work-Life balance (On the contrary, this is due to the monotonous support job) Fixed salary (No variable pay apart from yearly bonus)

Work is Very Very MONOTONOUS: The job description explained during interview process doesn't match the actual role. The daily job is very monotonous and demotivating (especially for Business Analyst role; but same is the case for developers too. Please beware. Don't get tempted by the package) All teams are just doing Production support jobs. No actual development at all. Actual development and R&D happens only at France ALL TEAMS ARE THE SAME. Everywhere the job is monotonous itself where you can never excel. But the expectation and the way managers act is that you're working on some MISSION MARS and during appraisal cycle, they tell that you had opportunities to launch a rocket but you're still struggling to ride a bicycle -- Absolute crap FIRING for absolutely no reason: Now, giving the above mentioned reasons, they fire the employees which is the worst ever thing a company can do. No Job security Service based company mindset: In the management communication meeting, it is told that the company is being compared with TCSs, Wipros, Infosys' of the world for deciding yearly hike!! They why the hell do you guys a frame yourself as a Product based company and attract talents?? No promotions: How many ever years you stay, you will still be in the same level. Managers: They just want to save themselves, so they sacrifice the team needs -- So selfish They accept even the 'call center' job and give it to the team to do -- This is just to save his job Management: Most of them are being hired from Service based companies and yes, they spoil the environment here France members are looked upon as GODS: No one in the company has guts to say the truth and stand by the words. Whatever the France people say, these guys accept and come. This is how all crappy work are being transferred to Bangalore location. THERE IS LOT MORE!! I am not able to recollect all and frame them in sentences. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY (I know their offers are pretty tempting. But please avoid. You definitely deserve better)

- Management is aggressively enforcing a hybrid model, even for remote employees, and is rescinding previously agreed upon contracts. There's a glaring lack of strategic vision from leadership. - If you're based in Europe or North America, job security is virtually nonexistent unless you're in upper management. Roles are being shifted to India, Colombia, and the Philippines, with cost-cutting prioritized over talent, experience, or loyalty. - The forced migration to Azure, compounded by poor planning, is draining resources. And employees are paying the price — not just through increased workload, but by being let go in recent layoffs (October '25). With many of the positions eliminated quietly transferred to offshore. - Layoffs are being justified as “market alignment” and financial necessity. Yet at the same time, the company continues to absorb small to medium-sized companies, raising serious questions about transparency, priorities, and long-term stability.
