      Pros

      Very geeky environment. Everyone needs to be hands on. Lot's of useful tools, possibility to work on OpenSource projects

      Cons

      Big pressure. Hard to explain that changes are affecting timelines. There is no place for your gut feeling, you need to have data for everything (even for things you have not build yet). Working in different time zone than Seattle makes you being ignored if you are not willing to join meeting at 10PM every day.

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
