Cons
- Long hours - Very high expectations. Very hard to stand out. - Hit or miss middle management - Completely responsible for your own career. Very few formal trainings and development opportunities - Limited promotional opportunities. Company values managers more than analysts and it is very difficult to work your way up to management from analyst (non-MBA) roles.
