Pros
You get medical aid, your wi-fi reimbursed and different shifts. You get to work from the comfort of your home and equipment is supplied to you. The pay is okay, and you get allowances when you are in acting’s positions.
Cons
It’s difficult to get a permanent role when you are in an acting position. It doesn’t guarantee your spot and your salary doesn’t always increase you just get an allowance added to it. The night shift aspect is horrible.
