      Pros

      We are number 1! Technical creativity and changes are a plus to me. We have a serious background and the right people at top management. Focus on customer needs is our best force.

      Cons

      Management in europe is too conservative and not enough creative. Market is going down and stock is flat. Future is not shiny for silicon business. Solar business is at an inflexion point, hope it will give us back the money silicon invested so far.

      Slow changes , tech related software on the IT side are very old.

      Good compensation, good benefits, many good coworkers

      Cons

      Poor culture distills poor managers to the top. Dishonest, deceitful, biased, and unavailable managers who just tell people what to do without providing any guidance or support. Different departments may operate differently.
