      Pros

      Company has lot of good perks for employees like gratuity in 2 years, personal loan facility, always paid salary 2 days before the month, for corona they have some money for all employees and also gave 2-3 days leave for mental health.

      Cons

      The manager of the team was the worst person I've ever worked with. He would not only micromanage but also shout and insult people in front of all. He would conduct meetings at any hour and make all the team to join. The time I spent there was hell. There no thing called as work like balance as in there was no life and only work.

      This is a company with a great future and overall many smart and talented work colleagues.

      There are pockets of poorly managed teams and the Global Sourcing and Procurement Team is one of them. Working for GSP was a soul crushing experience. On a regular basis, I witnessed and experienced mobbing, gaslighting, bullying, senior leaders retaliating and weaponizing the 360 feedback program for their own personal gain, senior leaders taking credit for other peoples work, long tenured leaders abusing their relationships within HR, regular staff crying and people admitting to seeking professional help due to the toxic work environment…ptsd in GSP is real. And to top it off, Applied’s most senior leadership have known of these issues for years.
