      Pros

      I am in the BASF leadership development program, department of equipment maintenance. It is really a good opportunity to spend 2 to 3 years working on the front line and then, may have the chance to manage a team.

      Cons

      It is a bit tiring from time to time as working on the front line.

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
