      Great company Treat employees very well lots of great trips

      Cons

      Part time employees have no benefits... but I suppose that's how most companies operate. Not many cons here.

      Great work life balance, 3 weeks of vacation per year + 5 days of personal holidays + 1 week for Christmas, 10% 401k match, $550 contributed towards HSA each year,

      The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
