no transperancy with decisions, overwork employees, not informing them about their upcoming decisions of cutting them off, so as to maximize benefit on the expense of the time of the employee, that will later struggle finding a job and cancelling plans.
I know some colleagues who have been told they will continue with the company until the last days of their contract, where they were surprised that they are not staying.
Performing very well does not reflect on your position in the company.
No fairness/ ethics at work decisions if the law doesn't abide them to do so.
People with temporary contracts are treated very poorly simply because no law abides them to respect their time in the company
