      - No layoff - WLB is good, just avoid the team MARS or AIM or any product team -philantrophy

      -compensation doesnt grow much -boring - no tech depth -pip a lot more now

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
