      Ability to change groups very often makes it hard to find the right person for workplace continuity. The hybrid policy is very rigid and makes no sense considering this is a tech company.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
