      Great work life balance, Phenomenal office space, cool company events ,great travel for work perks.

      Cons

      Favoritism as it relates to comp and promotions. Promotions and raises are not equitable or standard across teams. Hard rules on 4 days in badge ins tightly tracked.

      Good work life balance, chill culture, decent compensation especially early in career

      Slower career growth/promotions on average, compensation doesn't scale as much, depending on team you have to deal with legacy systems
