      Pros

      - good salary - long work hours but they are punctual - pantry and meals are very sophiticated - 4 days in office, 1 WFH allowed - VERY good medical insurance - mostly a very good culture between teams

      Cons

      - pay is very high from market standards - ADSK means zero leniency - generic career progression atleast in India

      - Terrible analytics managers and TLs - The department is known for micro-management - Have seen discrimination across the analytics and sales departments multiple times
