      None other than the pay

      Cons

      No job security, Too much politics to a point where you feel suffocated, no growth, had to work on weekends and even worked for 14 hours a day during weekdays, Sales team rules the company and it doesn't matter if you highlight something that they are doing wrong, the trend continues if you live for free pantry food, a very good organization to join
