      Pros

      Free food and coffee all day and some pretty aquarium tanks. That's about it.

      Cons

      Little to no training provided. Misled contract workers about the potential to be hired full time and pay was awful. After one year, all contractors were fired and re-hired for less money. That says it all.

      Great company, in this role you have the chance to learn about the financial markets, the terminal, and also you get client exposure.

      - Terrible analytics managers and TLs - The department is known for micro-management - Have seen discrimination across the analytics and sales departments multiple times
