      *Great company benefits *Free food *High exposure to financial markets/clients *Respected company

      Cons

      *Weak team culture (often times will be team dependent but Global Data has a high amount of turnover which makes it difficult to develop something meaningful) *You can get by with doing basically nothing *Limited career prospects *Team Leaders are so focused on making themselves look like good leaders that they don't have time to actually be good leaders
