      Pros

      If you really like business journalism, this is a good place to work for you. Perhaps now that Bloomberg has taken over, it's a better environment than when I was there.

      Cons

      The senior management is terrible, turning a blind eye to abusive middle-management practices. Everyone is uptight and overly concerned with details without thinking about the bigger picture.

      Great company, in this role you have the chance to learn about the financial markets, the terminal, and also you get client exposure.

      - Terrible analytics managers and TLs - The department is known for micro-management - Have seen discrimination across the analytics and sales departments multiple times
