      The organisation offers competitive remuneration and access to culture (via Best Of Bloomberg).

      Cons

      Very political organisation that does not care about individuals. HR is completely useless. Terrible work culture and work conditions. in my career I witnessed colleagues being bullied and fired for random reasons. Senior management is hypocrite and awful. An ocean of sharks.
