      Pros

      They focus more on keeping their employees happy than any other company I have worked for. Their internally offered workshops and courses are amazing and also relevant to the work that is being done.

      Cons

      At least in CS, the upper management team is not very diverse in terms of gender diversity and ethnic diversity.
