Pros

Coworkers are great people. Customer service week is nice.

Cons

Management is severely lacking and refuses to take accountability for anything. Customer service is constantly put under the fire and asked why things happened that weren't their fault to begin with. You can expect a high level of favoritism and nepotism. Old school management that’s trying to be new age and progressive but it doesn’t work. Refuses to let us work from home at all with no good reason as to why. I could keep going but I wont. I think you get the idea.

Pros

The people I worked alongside were the best part of the job.

Cons

While my early experience was positive, my experience changed significantly over time. Communication and the application of workplace policies became less consistent, and the work environment felt increasingly micromanaged. Workplace changes and employee transitions were not always handled in a way that felt transparent or consistent. In my experience, compensation and annual raises did not keep pace with employee contributions or expectations. I also believe the company could do more to recognize and support long-term employees, especially during periods of change. It was a reminder that the end of an employee’s experience often reflects the culture just as much as the beginning.
